What's your Golf Fitness handicap?

Just like your actual golf handicap, your Golf Fitness handicap can range from 0-36. Your fitness handicap is a measure of how your body functions as it pertains to your golf swing. Our Titleist 12 test screen is a precise evaluation of your body’s performance level and health for the sport of golf.

If your Golf Fitness handicap is higher than your golf handicap, then Dynamic Golf Fitness will help you become a better golfer. Lowering your Golf Fitness handicap will lower your risk of injury, increase your consistency, give you greater accuracy, lower your scores and make you feel better while on the course. Once we know your Golf Fitness handicap, we will be able to design a specific Titleist Performance Institute program to accomplish the following:

• Develop specific flexibility for your golf swing
• Drive the ball further
• Decrease your nagging, golf related injuries
• Increase your endurance
• Improve your score
• Lower your handicap!

Once we have performed your Titleist screen, we will design a program that can be performed at home or with some additional coaching at our world class facilities.

Follow-up movement screen- $99

A follow-up screen will allow us to measure tangible results and give you the progressions you need to continue to improve the way you move through your swing.
