Over 10% of 2009 is already gone! How are you doing with your resolutions?

Are you 10% towards your goals?

If your goal is to lose 30 lbs, you should have lost 3 lbs already. If your goal is to workout 3 days a week, you should have completed at least 12 workouts by now.

I realize that goals are not always reached in a neat, linear pattern, but you need to be making some progress at this point.

The point is - you need to constantly assess where you are in relation to your desired outcomes.

Are you on track?
Are you headed in the right direction?
Have you even moved off the starting line?
